Rare

  • Kiosk style [limited menu]
  • Under 1000 sq. ft.
  • Franchise/Development Fee: $60,000*

Medium

  • Counter service with beer and wine license
  • Depending on size, opportunity for a full bar
  • Over 2000 sq. ft.
  • Franchise/Development Fee: $60,000*

Well Done

  • Full service with full bar
  • Over 2500 sq. ft., free standing building
  • Franchise/Development Fee: $70,000**

*Fourth and subsequent locations: $50,000.
**Fourth and subsequent locations: $60,000.
25% Down to reserve all future locations.

  • Assist in site selection
  • Lease negotiation assistance
  • Build-out and design support
  • Discounted pricing and contract installation
  • Employee training programs
  • Human resources guidance
  • Assist in hiring of employees (includes job fairs)
  • Training program
  • Onsite 7 day pre-opening training
  • 10 day post opening observation and assistance
  • Ongoing operational analysis

All Models Also Have The Following Annual Fees:

Nationally:

  • 1% BurgerMeister® regional marketing program
  • 1% Local marketing by franchisee
  • 4.5% Royalty (continual support in financial analysis, vendor negotiation and problem resolution)

Internationally:

  • 6% Royalty fee
